• Failure to make payments by the stated deadlines may result in cancellation of your booking.
• No refunds will be provided within 28 days of the event start date.
• Participants are responsible for arranging their own flights, visas, passports and travel insurance.
• Project Phuket reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event schedule, venues, accommodation or artists where necessary.
